Current status: There is currently no enrolment, attribution, compensation, settlement or payout. Every inquiry is reviewed manually and creates neither cooperation nor authority to represent or bind EBill.
Strictly uncompensated: no compensation or other benefit for an introduction, contact, order or revenue.

What happens after an inquiry
Three manual checks
1. Inspect intake
Subject, role and data boundary are checked manually. Unexpected attachments or third-party data stop the process.
2. Assign the route
Regulated professionals remain in the uncompensated feedback route. Commercial interest is recorded only as a future application.
3. Reply in writing
The response can confirm only the next review step. There is no automatic enrolment, attribution or compensation.
